Silver and silver gilt badge. Gilded double eagle in laurel and oak wreath with alternating silver and silver gilt leaves. Below eagle is cypher of Alexander I. At bottom intersection of branches is column surmounted by crown and inscription: ЗАКОНЪ ("Law"), At base of column is scroll with inscription: Для общей пользы ("For the public good"). Given to graduates of the first two categories of the Alexander Lyceum in Tsarskoe Selo (Императорский Александровский Лицей в Царском Селе). Instituted in 1898.
