Silver gilt panagia in the shape of a chalice. In center is a round painted and gold leafed icon of Virgin Mary and Christ Child wearing a green robe. The icon and the contour of the panagia are outlined with inset white gems. Around icon is gold filigree and four gems: two purple, one green, one light blue. On top of panagia is hinged crown with filigree and purple gem; on bottom is pendant with blue gem and filigree. Panagia is attached to a brass (?) chain. Belonged to Metropolitan Philaret (Voznesensky) (1903-1985).
