Commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Reform of the Law; Symbol of the Imperial School of Jurisprudence (crown-topped column with inscription "ЗАКОНЪ" ("Law")) with cypher of Nicholas II over cypher of Alexander II, L (50) over 1864-1914. Belonged to Major General N. B. Rubach, father of Igor Nikolaevich Rubach, 81st Commencement class, Imperial School of Jurisprudence in St. Petersburg.
