Description

Icon of four saints, egg tempera on wood. From left to right: St. Vera, St. Lydia, in top center is Christ, St. Alexei, Metropolitan of Moscow, St. Sophia. In ornamental silver gilt oklad with inset gems. Names of saints in Slavonic painted en plain on two blue enamel ovals. Saints' halos are inset with gems.
