Description

Jacket, part of uniform worn by students of the Imperial School of Jurisprudence in St. Petersburg. Black with green cuffs and collar. Silver galloon on collar denotes rank of underclassman. 9 brass buttons on front, 3 buttons on each sleeve, 4 buttons on back, each with school emblem (crown-topped column with inscription ЗАКОНЪ ("Law"). Belonged to Iurii Adol'fovich Rodzevich, 83rd Commencement graduate.
