Description

Gold pectoral cross, Latin shape with applique figure of crucified Christ. Above is engraved inscription IHЦI on scroll. On reverse is engaved imperial crown. Attached to black and orange striped St. George ribbon. The gold pectoral cross on a St. George ribbon was awarded to clergy for acts of bravery under enemy fire. This cross was awarded to Archpriest Aleksandr Paevskii during World War I, when he served with the 9th Siberian Rifle Regiment (9-й Сибирский стрелковый полк).
