Description

Porcelain sugar bowl and saucer. Bowl has domed lid with finial, two horse-shaped handles, base. Folk-inspired geometric design in red, blue and gold. Gold rim. Saucer has matching design.

Inscriptions & Markings

Stamped double eagle on aqua and browm shield with inscription: Братьевъ Корниловыхъ въ С. Петербугѣ. On bottom of bowl green initials B. K. between 2 lines, painted black 7, remnants of paper stamp with navy double eagle, (Ф)АРФОРО(ВЫЙ) (ЗА)ВОДЪ БР. КОР(НИЛОВЫХЪ) ВЪ (С.ПЕ)ТЕРБУРГ(ѣ).
