Description

Triptych with icons of Great Martyr Theodore Stratelates (The General) in center and Sts. Peter and Paul on sides. Tempera and gold leaf on wood, enclosed in engraved silver frame. On closing panels are the halves of a blue and silver champleve enameled cross and engraved design. On reverse is inscription: "Отцу Перновцевъ Генералъ-Маiору Ѳ. П. Рербергу сверхсрочнослужащiе Перновцы 1910 15/VII 1912 " ("To the Father of the Pernovtsy, Major General F. P. Roehrberg from reinlisted Pernovsty, 1910 15/VII 1912").

History Note

Provenance - Major General Fedor Petrovich Roehrberg (1868-1928). Inherited by his son, Nikolai. Donated to museum by Nikolai's wife, Olga Vladimirovna Roehrberg.
